Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient qualified to join our Applications team for our Diagnostic Ophthalmology product range. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team through high-quality product demonstrations, hands-on training, and post-sale support across India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive and tailored demonstrations of ophthalmology diagnostic (anterior and posterior) equipment for ophthalmologists.
- Deliver hands-on training sessions to ensure users are proficient in operating the equipment confidently and independently.
- Customize demonstrations to meet the specific clinical needs and expectations of ophthalmologists and other medical professionals.
- Provide post-demonstration follow-up and technical support to address queries or issues.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and assist in qualifying leads with technical insights.
- Travel extensively across India to support demonstrations and installations at customer sites.




- Keep abreast of the latest technical knowledge, clinical applications, and industry trends in ophthalmic devices.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key opinion leaders and end-users in the ophthalmology community.
- Promptly address customer concerns and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade exhibitions, and industry events, showcasing products and supporting brand presence.
- Assist marketing teams in promotional efforts such as webinars, demo videos, and educational content creation.

Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optometry, Electronics, Engineering, or Science.
