Job Responsibilities
• Research companies, industries, and decision-makers to identify potential business opportunities.
• Connect with prospects through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and other outreach channels.




• Have conversations with prospective clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
• Learn to qualify prospects and identify relevant opportunities for the sales team.
• Support the Business Development and Sales teams in building a strong sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate activity and prospect information in CRM and sales engagement tools.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand Value Creed’s solutions and communicate their value to prospects.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and client engagement activities to represent Value Creed and build relationships with potential clients.
• Continuously learn about industries, markets, and emerging business opportunities.
• Work towards defined Business Development goals and KPIs

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
