the NBFC arm of Udaan & offers credit services to buyers and sellers on and
off udaan’s B2B ecommerce platform to grow their business further. This space
is largely untapped with less than 10% of MSMEs having access to working capital
loans from financial institutions. In this way, udaan is uniquely positioned to
formalize &scale; trade credit

Team Composition:
15 to 30 field executives
Travel Frequency: 8
to 10 days every month
Job Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day
field operations for the collections team.
- Ensuring collection of dues
from customers.
- Responsible for improvement
of the credit portfolio in the cluster by improving collections.
- Building, coaching,
and
mentoring the team; identifying team goals and evaluating team progress.
