This position would include the mentioned set of responsibilities but not limited to: • Product & Portfolio Leadership: Oversee the complete lifecycle of Commercial Credit Card products, including product design, development, and relationship/portfolio management.
• Partnership Management: Lead and nurture co-brand and distribution partnerships to expand market reach and strengthen product offerings.
• Performance Delivery: Achieve targeted business numbers and profitability through cutting-edge product strategies and efficient portfolio management.
• Customer Engagement: Drive B2B and T&E; spend wallet share, enhance cross-sell opportunities across commercial card products, and promote value-added services to maximize corporate expense capture.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, guidelines, and compliance requirements at all times.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage and align with multiple stakeholders including partners,



technology service providers, IT vendors, sales, marketing, operations, customer experience, finance, risk, collections, and card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, NPCI).
• Strategic Influence: Act as a key driver of organizational growth by combining market insights, data analytics, and customer-centric strategies to deliver sustainable results.

Applicants should possess the following attributes:

• Technology Proficiency: Hands-on exposure to credit card platforms and management software such as Vision Plus, along with onboarding service providers.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Indian Credit Card market landscape, including regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Profitability Insight: Deep knowledge of credit card parameters and their direct impact on portfolio profitability and performance.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiativ
