Job Description: Executive – Finance Location: Mumbai Experience Required: 1–3 years Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Finance to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, banking activities, reconciliations, and payment processing. The role requires solid f inancial acumen, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with internal policies and timelines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting & Financial Operations  Manage receipt and payment accounting, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.  Handle salary accounting, including posting payroll entries and coordinating with HR for monthly closures.  Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions and support month-end closing activities. 2. Banking & Funds Management  Possess working knowledge of funds management, including Overdraft (OD), Cash Credit (CC), and WCDL limits.  Coordinate with banks for queries,



limit renewals, and day-to-day fund flow requirements.  Manage EEFC accounts and perform foreign transaction accounting, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. 3. Payment Processing  Initiate payments to vendors, employees, and other stakeholders as per the internal process.  Ensure accuracy of payment details, required approvals, and timely disbursements. 4. Reconciliation Activities  Conduct bank reconciliation across multiple bank accounts and follow up on unresolved items.  Perform vendor reconciliation, maintain updated ledgers, and coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies. 5. Support & Coordination  Assist in preparing financial reports, audit documentation, and supporting schedules.  Coordinate with internal departments such as HR, Procurement, and Sales to ensure smooth f inancial operations.  Provide support during internal and statutory audits and ensure timely
