Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, executing marketing strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and social media expertise to drive business growth through digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities
· Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
· Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to boost brand awareness and engagement.
· Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize performance.
· Manage social media advertising campaigns and track ROI using analytics tools.
· Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster relationships with followers.
· Collaborate with designers, copywriters,



and other team members to ensure cohesive branding.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
· Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills
· Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
· Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
· Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms.
· Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
