Intricare Technologies is looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B SaaS Lead Generation Executive to help grow our SaaS products, LeadCRM.io and LinkFusion.io, in the US market.

? About the Role
You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging them through outbound campaigns, and generating qualified opportunities for our sales team.
This is a hands-on role for someone interested in B2B SaaS, lead generation, outbound sales, and business development.

? Compensation: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month + performance incentives
? Location: Remote – India
? Working Hours: Flexible schedule with required overlap with US business hours
? Employment Type: Full time

? What You’ll Do
Research and build targeted prospect lists for the US market.
Identify potential customers based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).




Run and manage LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.
Use prospecting and CRM tools to organize and manage leads.
Handle initial responses from prospects.
Qualify interested prospects and book product demos.
Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM.
Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Share feedback on prospect quality, messaging, and campaign performance.

✅ What We’re Looking For
1–4 years of experience in Lead Generation, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns.
Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools.
Strong research and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working with performance targets.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software and tools.
Experience with B2B SaaS products is a plu
