We are seeking a highly competent Trainer & QC with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. As an integral part of our IT services firm, you will play a critical role in driving the digital transformation for our clients across various sectors, including banking, manufacturing, and retail. Your expertise in training and quality control will significantly contribute to modernising their operations and achieving their goals.
Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do):
- Develop and deliver training programs for various IT services - Conduct quality control checks to ensure services meet company and client standards - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery - Report to senior management on training outcomes and quality control metrics - Continuously update training materials in line with industry trends and company updates
Qualifications (What You'll Bring): Must-Have: - Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of experience in a Trainer & QC role - Proficiency in training, quality control and IT services - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
Preferred: - Robust communication and interpersonal skills - Experience working in banking, manufacturing, or retail sectors - Proven track record of improving service delivery through effective training and quality control
