Job purpose and Role

· Understanding the application like HVAC, Clean room, Pharma, IAQ, Data center, Hospitality industry and manage the product & technology pipeline in line with Business needs and bringing the technological advancements ahead of the market to be the leader in the category innovation.
· Follow guidelines as per SOP’s
· Should have knowledge of PMP process.
. Sheetmetal design and development is a must.
· To setup machinery and Line for the product segments.
· Commercial Estimations and Realization of Part Functionality & benefits
· Documentation and Standardization of the Parts & Drawings (PPAP)
· Knowledge on Filtration.

Duties and responsibilities

· Development of Products as per market needs.
· Should have knowledge in HVAC, Clean room, Air filtration, Standards like ASHRAE 52.2 , ISO 16890, EN 1822, fan selection, CFD analysis
· Prepare the BOM and identify the part complexity as per DFM Guidelines
· Should have experience of Middle east market.
· Carryout realization of the prototypes by involving with production.




· Analyze the prototypes as per the standard inspection procedure.
· Support on documentation and Process Study.
· Understand of the core concepts if air flow dynamics, air management, filtration systems. Filter media and noise level management.
· Exposure to smart and connected products, sensors, HMIs / display to build products with self-diagnostic capabilities.
· Should have Good written / oral communication skills, inter-personnel skills & self-motivation.
· A valuable team player, capable of handling and motivating a team for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

· Must be qualified personnel with B. E in Mechanical / Equivalent.
· Experience should be a minimum of 5~6 years in HVAC / Air filter Industry
· Experience in design of product from scratch. Handling machinery setup / line setup in Production Environment
