Position Overview

The General Manager - HR will lead the human resources function, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization. This role requires 15–25 years of experience in HR leadership, with a strong focus on policy development, change management, and talent management. The position demands a proactive approach to employee relations, compliance, and HR analytics to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and administer comprehensive HR policies aligned with organizational strategy and compliance requirements.
- Lead change management and organizational development interventions to enhance workforce effectiveness.
