Full Stack Engineer Background Education ● Computer Science / Engineering background preferred ● Strong self-taught builders also highly valuable ● Strong portfolio/GitHub/project work preferred over credentials alone Past Experience ● 2–6+ years of full-stack development experience ● Experience building contemporary web applications ● Startup/product company experience preferred ● Experience in SaaS, fintech, analytics, dashboards, or workflow systems is a plus ● Experience building customer-facing products preferred Skills Frontend ● React / Next.js ● TypeScript ● Modern UI development ● State management ● Responsive design ● Performance optimization Backend ● Node.js and/or Python ● API development ● Database management (Postgres/MySQL/MongoDB)
