EPC Account Manager
As an EPC Account Manager, you will drive strategic growth and achieving the AOP targets across a defined portfolio of (EPC) accounts in the Western region. The EPCs represent a high-priority growth segment for our organization, and this role is significant to reshaping our engagement model through an outcome-based approach and unique value propositions. Also,
would focus on Large Project Pursuits with complexity handling, program management, drive value strategy , create attachments and build large deals.
You will report to the Sales Leader – EPC & Hunters and work onsite in Mumbai, India.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver AOP targets for assigned EPC accounts in the region.
- Leadership for Large Project Pursuits: Take ownership of large project pursuits by anchoring the role of program manager, ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders and departments. Promote execution excellence with successful outcomes.
- Lead strategic selling initiatives on Digital, Cyber, AI with a balance of assertiveness and consultative engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including end-user, OEM, domain experts, industry and operations to lead account success.
