Job purpose

To lead clinical operations in the Mobile Medical Unit (MMU), delivering quality preventive and promotive healthcare services in the identified locations. Supervise staff and ensure operational efficiency for community health needs.

Duties and responsibilities

· Serve as the de facto head of the MMU, responsible for all clinical and patient-related decisions.
· Provide consultations (both in office and virtual), diagnose, and issue prescriptions.
· Travel across identified locations with the MMU.
· Maintain patient data confidentiality at all times.
· Ensure beneficiaries receive the required medical consultations as per the planned health camps in the project.
· Supervise and ensure adequate stock of consumables and maintenance of medical devices for smooth service delivery.
· Conduct quality audits periodically.
· Provide health education and awareness through health talks to community members.




· Maintain outpatient consultation reports as per guidelines.
· Oversee, coordinate, and operate all clinical activities.
· Work with the MMU team to achieve the overall targets of the project.
· Adhere to company guidelines and standards.
Authorities

Timely, apt and informed decisions on steps to be taken to achieve the required proficiency in the manpower for delivering standard quality services

Qualifications / Certifications

· Minimum qualification required – MBBS
· Minimum experience of 2-3 years.
· Basic computer proficiency.
Working conditions

Should be open to work in rotational shifts as per the project when required
Should be open to travel for executing the job responsibilities of conducting field training

Technical / Physical requirements

Job location: Satara District, Maharashtra.
Timings: 8 hours per day
Workdays: 6 days in a week

Required Languages:
· Able to speak, read, and write in English, Hindi, and the Regional Lang
