About your role:
As an Infrastructure Engineering - Advisor I, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing infrastructure systems that are essential for Fiserv's operations and growth. Working closely with a dedicated team, you will tackle complex infrastructure challenges and ensure seamless integration and performance of various systems. Your contributions will be vital in driving creative solutions and supporting our clients, thereby significantly enhancing our overall business success.
What you'll do:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust infrastructure solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Optimize infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure architecture with enterprise goals.
- Conduct regular system audits and provide recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest infrastructure technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.

Experience you'll need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in infrastructure design and management
- 3+ years of experience with network management
- 3+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- 3+ years of experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
