Meet the Team
Compliance at Millennium is the function responsible for ensuring the firm and its employees follow regulatory requirements and internal policies. As a Compliance Analyst at Millennium, you will have the chance to work across the firm to coordinate the Vendor Management review process from a Compliance perspective, reviewing and compiling investigative research on potential vendors.
You will work closely with Vendor Management, as well as Legal, Information Security and various business managers throughout the organization. You will also be expected to make use of the firm’s approved AI tools to make the review process faster and more consistent, while applying your own judgement to the conclusions you reach. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, execution focused with a keen attention to detail, sharp and resourceful, and holds exacting standards.
What You'll Do:
Conduct detailed research on entities and/or individuals of interest.
Conduct thorough investigative research and review civil, criminal and bankruptcy proceedings, judgments, corporate records, regulatory actions, investigative media and other open-source records to discern regulatory and reputational risk.
