Technical Leadership
* Provide technical direction for complex, mission‑critical software initiatives aligned to business goals and platform standards.
* Actively participate in architecture, design reviews, and code reviews, maintaining high engineering quality and performance standards.
* Guide teams in building scalable, reliable, and secure distributed systems.
People Management & Coaching
* Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers,
fostering ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Support career development through regular feedback, performance management, and coaching.

Delivery & Execution
* Own execution of projects end‑to‑end, including planning, estimation, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
* Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, and other Engineering teams to deliver on commitments.
* Ensure predictable delivery while balancing technical excellence and business timelines.
Stakeholder & Cross‑Team Collaboration
* Coordinate across global teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies and resolve technical or delivery risks.
* Communicate clearly on progress, trade‑offs, and technical decisions with engineering and non‑engineering partners.
