This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a PMO – Finance & Project Operations based in India.
This role supports the coordination and operational governance of complex projects and programs across multiple business functions.
You will act as a central point of coordination between PMO, Finance, FP&A;, Controllership, Billing, and Project Management teams.
The position combines project tracking, financial oversight, reporting, stakeholder management, and governance activities.
You will provide visibility into milestones, budgets, forecasts, billing, risks, dependencies, and overall project performance.
Your work will help leadership make informed decisions and ensure key activities and deliverables remain on track.
The role is well suited to an experienced PMO qualified who is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working across cross-functional teams.
Based remotely in Bangalore, you will contribute to process improvements and effective project operations throughout a 12+ month contract.

Accountabilities:
Track project and program activities, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and key actions across multiple cross-functional teams.
Coordinate closely with PMO, Finance, FP&A;, Controllership, Billing, and Project Management stakeholders to maintain alignment and ensure timely execution.
Maintain project trackers, dashboards, status reports, and management-level metrics, providing accurate and timely visibility into project performance.
Monitor project financial activities, including budgets, forecasts, billing, and other relevant financial information.
Identify project risks, issues, delays, and dependencies, and coordinate with responsible stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
Prepare weekly and monthly governance reports and support leadership reviews with relevant operational and financial insights.
Follow up on outstanding actions and ensure timely closure
