Job Description – Senior DevOps / Platform Engineering Lead

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior DevOps / Platform Engineering Lead to drive the development, support, and optimization of enterprise CI/CD, artifact management, container orchestration, and developer enablement platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across modern DevOps technologies while providing technical leadership, operational guidance, and platform support to engineering teams. This role requires a strong combination of hands-on platform engineering experience,



troubleshooting capabilities, automation expertise, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and software delivery processes.
- Provide operational support and governance for source code repositories, branching strategies, build pipelines, and deployment workflows.
- Manage artifact repositories, security scanning solutions, and integrations across the software development lifecycle.
- Support Kubernetes-based containerized applications and Linux environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and operational stability.
