Position Title: General Manager / Deputy General Manager - Manufacturing Excellence.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless production processes, and implement manufacturing strategies to meet production targets, quality standards, and cost efficiency.n
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a diverse team of production staff, engineers, and support personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.n
- Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to quality control measures throughout the production process, implementing and maintaining quality assurance programs to meet industry standards and customer expectations.n
- Production Planning: Develop and execute production schedules,



considering factors like raw material availability, equipment maintenance, and market demand.n
- Safety and Compliance: Prioritize and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance within the manufacturing setting.n
- Budgeting and Cost Management: Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, ensuring financial targets are met, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or safety.n

nCandidate Profile:

- B.Tech/B.E in Food Technologyn
- 10 years of experience in large-scale food processing, preferably in the biscuit.n
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and team managementn
- Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skillsn
