B.E/B.Tech. with Specialization in – I.T/Chemical /Mechanical/Industrial Engg. with 4 – 7 years’ experience both in Production Planning, Quality management domain as well as IT.
MCA/Diploma/Graduate/Post graduate in any discipline with 4-6 years relevant experience can also apply.
Thorough knowledge of SAP PP and QM configuration with 1-2 full life cycle implementations and Support with following activities:
Should have Experience in carrying out PP and QM configurations and to customize transactions relating
to BOM, Routing, MRP, SOP, Batch Management, Back Flush and Integration points with SAP-MM, SAP-FI, SAP-CO and SAP-EWM.
Should have working experience of Inspection Plan, Sampling Procedure, Result Recording and Usage Decisions in QM module.
Experience in submitting Functional / Technical Design specifications to ABAP Programmers, testing, production Support and issue solution.
Experience of working on enhancements (BADIs, BAPI, related to the PP and QM module)
Hands on working on ABAP Programming will be an added advantage.

Job Profile:




Be a system support team member supporting SAP PP-QM functional area in respect of incidents and system changes related to related functional area; adhering to strict configuration management policies and procedures.
Participate in SAP/Non-SAP digital initiatives relating to Production Planning, Quality Management involving manufacturing units and depots.
Document issue solutions - test plans, functional design specs, training materials, etc.
Prepare RCA and Impact analysis for repetitive issues and provide permanent fix.
Undertake Development of various reports as per MIS requirement and also for improvising routine functionalities.
Support business in all recent developments from system view point.
Undertake Knowledge management (systems) and end user training.

Others:
Maintain a good working knowledge of current and emerging technologies, use the relevant expertise in domain areas related to areas of responsibility.
