Key Responsibilities:
· Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and delivery.
· Serve as a coach, guide, and mentor to the Scrum team, helping members understand and implement the Scrum framework and Agile values.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and self-organization within the team.
· Actively identify and resolve blockers to maintain team productivity.
· Encourage open communication within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
· Assist with backlog refinement, requirement clarification, and sprint goal definition.
· Monitor sprint progress, manage Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello), and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
· Promote a culture of learning, adaptation, and process improvement within the team.
· Advocate for Scrum values and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.




· 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in the IT industry.
· Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle.
· Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
· Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.
· Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup.
· Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
· Exposure to client communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills:
· Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
· Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
