Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Manager - Supply Chain Solutions in Chennai, India.
What a typical day looks like:
- Drive design and deployment of solutions in the Demand Management , Sales Inventory & operations planning functions
- To Execute projects related to Demand planning, Inventory & Cost control/reduction
- Be a SME in planning solutions
- The Job responsibility includes identifying the process/solution gaps and focus on continuous improvements to overcome the solution challenges and works towards enhancing the solution/product
- Execute POCs to validate new Supply chain solutions (AI/Analytics driven use cases)
- Establish Project Plans; Manage project from initiation to delivery and ensure the compliance of the solution
- Review and maintain Project Plan as needed and report weekly project progress and risks
- Create and/or update Training Documentation, Knowledge base, E-learning training modules for End Users.
- Coordinate and perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) related to Enhancements and Bug Fixes with Business Groups/Sites.
- Support business enablement by responding to customers specific planning requirements and escalations
- Support Global/Regional teams' initiatives in driving Demand Management /APS system utilization, standardization & planning process simplification, global stakeholder mgmt..
