Job Purpose:
Represent the Bank and present eligible products to non-managed customers.
Educate customers on digital products.
Identify the right product, explain features/benefits, and sell for revenue generation.

Job Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned Unit / value / Income across product lines:
Achieve monthly unit and value targets across product lines.
Educate customers on product lines and provide the right product.
Achieve month-on-month productivity on allocated product lines.
Contribute to overall channel achievement.
Customer communication:
Contact non-managed customers using calling scripts to offer products.
Ask probing questions to understand customer requirements.
Ensure product features & perks are explained during onboarding.




Pitch multiple products to increase customer product holding.
Qualitative:
Effective interaction and communication with customers, capturing correct dispositions.
Work on feedback from supervisor/unit manager/training manager on call quality.
Ensure time on system as per KPI defined.
Maintain minimum RPC daily/monthly.
Digital Product Penetration:
Educate customers on the Bank's digital products.
Show value and convenience in using digital products.
Increase digital penetration within the non-managed customer base.
Push digital penetration in contacted customers.
Audit and compliance:
Adhere to all laid down guidelines for calling.
Ensure all tele-calling and product regulatory compliance are adhered to.
Adhere to all product guidelines.
Adhere to all guidelines on floor discipline and dialer hygiene parameters.

Educational Qualifications:
Graduation
Post-Graduation (Optional)
Certifications: IRDA Certi
