We are looking for 20 dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatch & Packing Executives to join our warehouse team. The role involves handling packing activities at the Pack Station, preparing shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labelling and documentation, and coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams for smooth and timely dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform packing activities at the designated Pack Station as per company guidelines.
- Check products for quantity, SKU, size, color, and physical condition before packing.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch and ensure proper segregation based on dispatch requirements.
- Verify shipping labels, invoices, packing slips, and other relevant documents.
- Ensure correct labelling and documentation of all packed shipments.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for timely shipment handover.
- Update packing and dispatch details in the relevant system or records.
- Maintain accurate records of packing and dispatch activities.
- Identify and report damaged, incorrect, or missing items to the supervisor.




- Ensure proper handling of products during packing and dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pack Station and surrounding work area.
- Follow warehouse SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Achieve daily packing and dispatch targets while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Education & Experience
- Minimum 12th Pass preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse, packing, dispatch, e-commerce, or logistics operations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
