Job Title: Performance Marketer

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Experience: 1-3 years

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and skills

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and run paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Set up campaigns, audiences, targeting, budgets, and ad sets.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Track key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPC, CTR, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct testing of audiences, ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives and campaign requirements.
- Manage social media content planning and posting schedules when required.




- Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with management.
- Support landing page and creative optimization based on campaign performance.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Valuable understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics.
- Experience with social media content planning and scheduling.
- Familiarity with basic design/content creation tools is preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
