Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, productive inpatient (IP) admissions, coordination between departments, and a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall day-to-day hospital operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Manage and coordinate the IP (Inpatient) admission process from registration to bed allocation and admission completion.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, insurance/TPA, housekeeping, pharmacy, diagnostics, and other departments.
- Ensure timely bed allocation and efficient patient movement across departments.
- Monitor admission, discharge, transfer, and patient waiting times.
- Assist patients and attendants with admission-related queries and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with the billing and insurance teams for cashless/TPA approvals and documentation.
- Monitor availability of beds, rooms, ICU beds, and other critical resources.




- Handle patient and attendant complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and daily MIS.
- Monitor compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements to improve patient experience and hospital efficiency.
- Coordinate during emergencies and high patient-volume situations.
- Support management in achieving operational, quality, and patient-service targets.
