To attend the after-sales Service complaint as per complaint register.
- Arranging for job work/ machining required for completing the engine assembly
- Preparation of FSR after resolving the complaint thereby taking customer feedback on FSR & report to concerned service in-charge.
- Carrying out servicing of engines ( based on breakdowns, installation checks, AMC’s, Survey reports )
- Identifying spare parts of engines required for Overhauling of engines.
- Enquiry generation for DG set, RECD and AMC
- Education to customer about genuine spares and services.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
