Technical Expertise Robust hands-on experience with: DSE Cassandra, including OpsCenter Couchbase Administration and Cluster Management Proven expertise in: Distributed database architectures NoSQL data modeling and schema design Performance tuning and optimization Capacity planning and scalability engineering Experience with: Multi-datacenter deployments (HA/DR) Cluster migrations and version upgrades Cross-datacenter replication technologies Deep understanding of: Backup and recovery strategies Replication and failover mechanisms Security, encryption, and compliance controls High availability and disaster recovery architectures Strong troubleshooting skills across database, operating system, and infrastructure layers.
Other Requirements
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise database environments. Exposure to cloud and hybrid-cloud architectures. Experience with database monitoring, observability, and automation frameworks. Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code and operational automation practices. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, mission-critical production environment.
