- Fashion retail experience mandatory
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Presentable personality
- System knowledge (POS, MS Office, Inventory Management)
- Robust team management and customer service skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall store operations
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team
- Drive sales, profitability, and business growth
- Ensure excellent customer experience
- Manage inventory and stock efficiently
- Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards
- Monitor reports and system updates
Time 10 am-9 pm
Salary
As per industry standards
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
