As part of our ongoing transformation, including multi-country expansion and current entity setups, we are looking for an ICT Functional Analyst to support and optimize workforce management processes across HR and FAB operations.

What you will do

Joining the Corporate Services Team within our ICT organization, you will act as the bridge between HR, FAB operations, and IT, with a strong focus on workforce management solutions:
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and FAB operational teams to gather and translate requirements into scalable functional solutions.
- Configure and support the Shift planning solution, ensuring alignment with business needs, labor laws, and 24/7 operational requirements.
- Handle complex shift models (e.g. rotating shifts, night work, standby/on-call) and ensure system support for these scenarios.
