Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Generate qualified B2B leads for corporate gifting, merchandise stores, onboarding kits, and branding solutions
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversions
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns




- Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages
- Track website traffic, conversions, and funnel performance using analytics tools
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and campaign strategies
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization
- Experience in campaign budgeting and performance analysis
- Knowledge of pixel setup, tracking, and remarketing
- Valuable communication and analytical skills
- Experience in B2B or e-commerce marketing is preferred
