2. Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Design and develop AI/ML-driven automation solutions using Python, focusing on intelligent decision-making and data processing.
- Model Integration: Build and integrate machine learning models for use cases such as document processing, classification, prediction, and sentiment analysis.
- Core Scripting: Develop Python-based automation scripts for data extraction, transformation, API integrations, and workflow optimization.
- Process Integration: Integrate AI/ML capabilities into business processes using tools like Microsoft Power Automate and RPA platforms.
- Workflow Orchestration: Orchestrate end-to-end automation workflows by combining AI models with Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance and automation reliability.
- System Maintenance: Debug, test,



and maintain automation pipelines to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Documentation: Prepare technical documentation for models, scripts, workflows, and integrations.
- Auxiliary Engineering: (Optional -.NET Add-on) Develop backend services or APIs in.NET (C#) to support AI-powered automation systems.

3. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

4. Required Skills & Experience
- Experience Baseline: Minimum 1 year of experience in Python development, AI/ML, or intelligent automation.
- Technical Proficiencies: Robust proficiency in Python, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and basic ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn).
- Theoretical Foundations: Understanding of core machine learning concepts (classification, regression, NLP basics).
- Integration Protocols: Experience working with APIs (REST) and integrating multiple systems.
