- Key Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to understand shipping and logistics operational requirements.
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and process mapping.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules, workflows, dashboards, forms, and business rules.
- Support business processes related to shipment lifecycle, cargo handling, vessel operations, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with technical and integration teams for integrations with ERP, Port Management, WMS, TMS, and third-party systems.




- Support automation and workflow optimization using Power Platform components.
- Drive UAT, training, deployment, and post-production support activities.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process documentation, and SOPs.
- Participate in customer governance meetings and provide functional recommendations and best practices.
- Mandatory Skills
- Robust experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM functional consulting.
- Expertise in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and functional solutioning.
- Experience in Shipping, Maritime, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics domain.
- Hands-on experience in CE configuration, workflows, security roles, dashboards, and business process flows.
- Knowledge of shipment management, cargo operations, booking lifecycle, and logistics workflows.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skill
