Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader Real Estate located in Gurgaon. The Team Leader will oversee and manage a team of real estate professionals, guide property brokerage activities, and drive team performance to meet objectives. Responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, coordinating commercial real estate transactions, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and processes.
Qualifications:
Strong Communication skills to foster team collaboration and build client relationships
Proficiency in Brokerage and understanding commercial real estate processes
Exceptional Team Management and Team Leadership skills to motivate and guide team members
Good Experience in the real estate industry.
A goal-oriented mindset with proven problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
Ability to work independently and within a team setting
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
