Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor civil construction, renovation, and maintenance activities within the hospital premises.
- Ensure all civil works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and hospital departments for smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance.
- Prepare project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Verify measurements, bills, work completion reports, and contractor invoices.
- Monitor material requirements, usage, and inventory for ongoing projects.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues and construction challenges.
- Ensure compliance with hospital safety regulations, building codes, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in planning infrastructure improvements, expansion projects, and facility upgrades.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, drawings, and records.




- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of hospital buildings and civil structures.
- Ensure mínimal disruption to hospital operations during construction and maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction, project execution, or building maintenance.
- Knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, and project documentation.
- Solid knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in hospital, healthcare, commercial, or institutional building projects.
- Knowledge of NABH requirements related
