- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, occupational safety standards, and relevant statutory compliance such as the Factories Act and ISO/OHSAS systems.
- Expertise in maintaining medical records and managing employee health data confidentially and systematically.
- Demonstrated skills in conducting health awareness sessions and training healthcare staff.
- Capability to manage long-term health monitoring and chronic disease follow-up.
- Robust organisational skills to handle administrative duties including medical billing and reporting.
- Experience in implementing health and safety improvements aligned with industrial best practices and legal standards.
- Applicants with experience in a factory or industrial occupational health setting will have a significant advantage.
