Key Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Querying: Write complex, optimized SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets from multiple data warehouses.
- Dashboard & Report Creation: Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and interactive reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Statistical Analysis: Analyze historical data and current trends to identify correlations, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with department leaders to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and translate business questions into analytical projects.
- Data Governance & Quality: Monitor data integrity, perform regular data validation, and assist in maintaining clean, accurate master databases.
- Insight Delivery: Present complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and QualificationsRequired Technical Skills
- Proven skilled experience working as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a similar quantitative role.




- Advanced proficiency in SQL (structured query language) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or Looker).
- Strong working knowledge of spreadsheet software, specifically advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Familiarity with data analysis languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for statistical modeling.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift).
- Basic understanding of predictive modeling, machine learning concepts, or A/B testing methodologies.
