Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram): Create, launch, and manage paid campaigns independently — from audience targeting to copywriting to budget allocation and reporting

Organic Social Media: Manage our LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook pages — plan content calendars, write captions, and schedule posts using tools like Buffer

AI-Powered Content Creation: Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and ElevenLabs to speed up content production — writing, voiceovers, video scripts, and ad copy

Visual Content: Design social creatives, ad banners in Canva

Video & Generative Media: Experiment with Veo 3 and similar AI video tools for Reels, ads, and short-form content. Basic editing skills required

Performance Analysis: Track Meta Ads performance, Meta Insights, and organic metrics — analyse weekly reports and flag what's working and what isn't

B2B Content Strategy: Understand our products and audiences (contractors, manufacturers, procurement managers) and help shape messaging that speaks to them

Stay ahead: Actively follow trends in AI content tools,



platform algorithm changes, and B2B marketing best practices
