We are looking for a dynamic, disciplined, and people-oriented HR professional who can independently manage HR operations, workforce coordination, employee engagement, and statutory compliance while supporting smooth plant operations and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant, office, sales, technical, and managerial positions.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Conduct screening, interviews, salary negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding formalities.




- Coordinate with labor contractors and external agencies for timely availability of contract manpower as per plant requirements.
- Plan and monitor daily manpower deployment in the plant based on production schedules and workload requirements.
- Maintain recruitment databases, employee records, and manpower reports.

Employee Onboarding & HR Operations
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of recent employees and workers.
- Coordinate joining formalities including delivery of joining kits, uniforms, ID cards, and other required documents/materials.
- Maintain healthy employee relations across factory and office staff.
- Address employee grievances and coordinate disciplinary actions whenever required.
- Act as a bridge between management, supervisors, workers, and contractors for smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Implement HR policies, attendance systems, and workplace discipline effectively.

Attendance, Payroll & Workforce Discipline
