A Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and assigned premises to ensure a clean, secure, and comfortable environment.

Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other room amenities.
- Ensure all furniture, fixtures, and equipment are properly maintained.
- Report maintenance repairs and damages to the concerned department.

Hygiene & Sanitation
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and properly.
- Dispose of waste and garbage in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Ensure washrooms and common areas remain clean and stocked.

Guest Service Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping requirements.
- Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality are maintained.
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests.

Inventory & Supplies




- Monitor housekeeping supplies and linen stock.
- Report shortages of cleaning materials and guest supplies.
- Handle and store housekeeping equipment properly.

Laundry Coordination
- Collect, sort, and distribute linens and uniforms where applicable.
- Coordinate with laundry staff for timely cleaning of fabrics and uniforms.

Safety & Security
- Follow safety procedures and emergency protocols.
- Report suspicious activities or lost and found items immediately.
- Ensure safe handling of cleaning tools and electrical equipment.

Staff Coordination
- Coordinate with front office, maintenance, and other departments.
- Assist supervisors in maintaining housekeeping schedules and standards.

Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain housekeeping records and checklists when required.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and grooming standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
