Job Description - Clinic Doctor / Aesthetic Physician
Designation: Clinic Doctor / Aesthetic Physician
Reporting To: Chief Medical Officer / Clinic Manager / COO
Location: LEOR Clinic (Aundh & KP Branch)
Objective of the Role:
To provide expert medical consultations, recommend and execute appropriate aesthetic and wellness treatments, and ensure all clinical services are delivered with the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and client satisfaction. The doctor will also train, guide, and supervise therapists in line with clinical protocols and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation & Diagnosis
- Conduct in-depth consultations with walk-in and appointment clients.
- Assess and diagnose concerns related to skin, hair, body, wellness, and aesthetic conditions.
- Recommend appropriate treatment plans and medical-grade aesthetic procedures in line with LEOR protocols.
- Educate clients regarding treatment expectations, risks, perks, downtime, and aftercare.
- Maintain accurate documentation of consultations, treatment plans, consent forms, and procedures performed.
- Ensure all client safety protocols, infection control standards, and pre/post-treatment guidelines are strictly followed.
- Monitor treatment progress and recommend modifications where required.
3. Therapist Training & Supervision
- Train newly recruited therapists on:
- Basic skin and body anatomy
- Treatment techniques and protocols
- Infection control and hygiene standards
- Client handling and safety procedures
- Conduct regular refresher and upskilling sessions for therapists.
- Audit therapist performance and provide real-time corrections to ensure SOP compliance and treatment consistency.
4. Quality & SOP Adherence
- Enforce clinical SOPs and hygiene protocols across all treatment rooms.
