Provis Technologies is hiring a Business Development Associate - IT Sales for our Jaipur office.

This is a full-time, in-office role focused on Upwork bidding, lead generation, proposal writing, lead research, lead validation, lead enrichment, and sales data management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Search relevant IT projects on Upwork and similar platforms
- Prepare and submit customized Upwork proposals
- Research leads from LinkedIn, directories, events, websites, and online sources
- Maintain organized lead databases in Google Sheets or CRM tools
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for proposal writing, lead research, and sales support
- Review project requirements and check whether they match company services
- Coordinate with internal team for project scope and estimation inputs
- Maintain proposal records, lead sheets, research notes, and CRM updates

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, online bidding, or sales operations




- Experience with Upwork bidding or similar platforms preferred
- Good written communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of IT services such as websites, web apps, software, automation, AI solutions, and cloud services
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
- Ability to research, organize, and enrich lead data
- Basic knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude
- Detail-oriented, organized, professional, and target-focused
