Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Store Management
- Manage inward and outward material entries.
- Maintain raw material, finished goods, and consumable stock records.
- Monitor daily stock movement and ensure proper inventory control.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and material handling practices.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and purchase departments.

MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain data in Excel/ERP software.
- Generate stock reports, consumption reports, and production-related MIS.
- Analyze inventory variance and prepare reconciliation reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.

Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain GRN, issue slips, gate passes, and stock registers.
- Ensure proper filing and audit readiness.
- Support internal and external audits.

Required Skills:
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS Reporting).
- Knowledge of ERP/Inventory Management Software.




- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination ability.
- Ability to work in manufacturing/factory environment.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Certification in Computer Applications or MIS preferred.

Experience
- 2-5 years experience in Store & MIS operations.
- Experience in PP Woven Fabric / Packaging / Manufacturing industry preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management.
- Ability to handle production-related documentation.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with factory operations and dispatch coordination.

Salary
- As per industry standards and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
