- Role Overview
- We are looking for a highly skilled SDE III who can independently design, develop, test, and deploy scalable systems. This role operates within a unified engineering model, requiring ownership across development, quality, DevOps practices, and applied AI usage.




- Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend/frontend systems.
- Own features end-to-end: design development testing deployment monitoring.
- Write high-quality, testable code with solid emphasis on automation and quality engineering.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, ensure reliable deployments, and production observability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data, AI teams).
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.
- Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in one or more languages: Java, Python, Go, or similar.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (unit, integration, E2E).
