We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our CRD-QA_(Department) team in the role of Sr.Manager.
- Job Purpose:
- To support metallurgical operations by monitoring production processes, ensuring material quality standards, conducting testing and analysis, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for safe and efficient plant operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Certification of products and delivery & coordination with surveillance audits (BIS, NABL, ISO, etc.)
- Perform and oversee inspections, testing, and quality audits at various production stages.
- Coordinate pre-dispatch and customer inspections including PDI and release of reports and possess.
- Knowledge of metallurgical analysis such as microscopy and mechanical testing of stainless steel.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s in science or Diploma degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related discipline
- Key Skills & Competencies:
- Ø Knowledge of metallurgical processes and material testing techniques
- Ø Understanding of quality control standards and safety practices
- Ø Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ø Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Ø Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ø Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and reporting tools)
- Ø Ability to work in shifts and industrial environments if required
