Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components as per instructions and quality standards.
- Operate basic assembly tools and equipment.
- Check products for defects and ensure proper finishing.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the workplace.
- Support packing, labeling, and dispatch activities when required.
- Follow supervisor instructions and production targets.
- Report any machine or material issues to the supervisor.
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of assembly or manufacturing work.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Good learning attitude and discipline.
- Basic communication skills.
- Physically fit for factory operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related field preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in assembly line work will be an added advantage.
Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts may be applicable.
