Job Summary

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for managing daily workshop operations at the two-wheeler service centre. The role includes supervising technicians, ensuring quality service delivery, maintaining workflow efficiency, handling customer concerns, and achieving service targets while ensuring safety and cleanliness in the workshop.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities and technician assignments.
- Monitor repair and service jobs to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Inspect completed vehicles before delivery to customers.
- Maintain smooth workflow and reduce vehicle turnaround time.
- Support technicians with technical guidance and troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of workshop tools and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline on the workshop floor.
- Coordinate with spare parts department for parts availability.
- Handle customer complaints and provide service updates when required.
- Maintain service records, job cards,



and workshop reports.
- Monitor technician productivity and attendance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/ITI in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in a two-wheeler service workshop.
- Positive knowledge of two-wheeler servicing and repair processes.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge for service records and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
