Key Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and monitor day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning across departments.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions and ensure quality service delivery.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate operational teams to achieve performance goals. Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure accountability. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and budgets, to optimize productivity. Monitor financial data and operational expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary goals. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers for cost-effective solutions
