Business Management
- Serve as a key member of the GPS Agile Release Train; actively participate in Program Increment (PI) planning and regular agile ceremonies within a global setup
- Customize and enhance the Front Arena workplace to ensure seamless integration
- Design, build, test, and deploy new interfaces and services to strengthen our trading ecosystem
- Supervise and ensure business-critical services and features are available and functioning correctly in production, with strong emphasis on high availability and mínimal downtime
- Schedule End-of-Day (EOD) processes and oversee their timely and accurate completion
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting assistance to Global GPS Application Support teams and the global user base (Level 2 and 3)
- Participate in on-call duties for production support, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of issues to minimize impact on business operations

Change Management
- Installation, configuration,



and administration of Front Arena message broker and price feed services (AMBA/TAB/TAPS/APH).
- Design and develop custom reports using ACM (Arena Class Model) and SQL
- Scripting and automation using Python and shell scripts. Migration of existing jobs to the bank’s internal orchestration platform AWA (Automic Workflow Automation)
- Implementation of data feeds to our internal messaging platform (MQ/Kafka)
- Security hardening, access controls, and audit readiness within Front Arena environments
- Proactively drive continuous platform improvement by identifying optimization opportunities and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk
- Support change management processes and contribute to release rollout planning
