Core Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of the GPS Agile Release Train; actively participate in Program Increment (PI) planning and regular agile ceremonies within a global setup
- Customize and enhance the Front Arena environment to develop new business features, and ensure seamless integration
- Design, build, test, and deploy new functionalities and services to strengthen our trading ecosystem
- Supervise and ensure business-critical services and features are available and functioning correctly in production, with solid emphasis on high availability and mínimal downtime
- Schedule End-of-Day (EOD) processes and oversee their timely and accurate completion
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting assistance to Global GPS Application Support teams and the global user base (Level 2 and 3)
- Participate in on-call duties for production support, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of issues to minimize impact on business operations
Change Management
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security requirements
- Proactively drive continuous platform improvement by identifying optimization opportunities and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk
- Support change management processes and contribute to release rollout planning
Regulatory Responsibilities & Risk Management
- Demonstrate appropriate values and behaviors, including but not limited to standards of honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, sound risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Professional and Technical
- 8+ years must have hands-on experience in managing and developing the Front Arena environment (ADFL/AEL/ACM)
- Required knowledge of capital markets and trading, particularly in structured products and equity derivatives.
